Movement. The thump of wingbeats in the air, and the tale tell vibrations of a lift off through the earth. The Phantom rose, spreading his wings to glide into the high branches of a tree, watching for movement, and just perhaps the flash of orange or red.
The Lava turned his head, turning his circling glide into a hover. He'd eaten enough last night to sate himself, and was eager to find Tasyth. He located the pale white of the Phantom hidden in a tree, difficult and yet not, to see. He snorted, and returned to his spirals.
The tiger tilted his head, soaring low over the treetops as he searched or the lovely Tasyth. Where could the elusive Tiger be?

Kainth searched with might looking every space over in hope to find the lovely queen abuto. His desperatly pleaded that Tasyth would give him a sign. As now the energetic aura about him had become tense. The Tabby even crooned out loudly hoping she would hear him out.

She would make the hunt last as long of possible. Scar and leg hurting, she alighted on a tree, which ironically was the same one the Phatom was upon, although she was a few branches higher. Tasyth scented the air- and froze as the Wild abuto's reek reached her nose.

The Phantom turned his eyes upon her, their fauceted depths as pale as his hide as he withheld his emotions. He purred gently in his throat, and just watched her, muscles tensed as he knew the wild Lava was near.
And indeed the Lava was. At first he ignored the rustle, thinking it just the Phantom, but then came the scent. The heavenly scent of the Tiger. He spun on his tail, trying to search out her form amongst the branches of a tree, ignoring the Phantom again as he purred.
The Tiger was nowhere near them. More like on the opposite side of the volcano, checking the hole ridden lava field where the rock was cooled by the ocean.

Seeing the commotion being drawn toward the one spot the phantom was her wheeled around toward her and even though singing really wasn't all that important anymore he wasnted to prove his skills to her. He sang a short song showing her his skills fanning his wings widely so the colour could be seen shining on them and he had a friendly loving gaze toward Tasyth. He crooneed a soft tune of love.

((Kill? *evil smile* Oh, one of them's going down....maybe not dying, but maimed, perhaps?))
She let out a shrill cry, defiant of her Trappers. Claws dug deeper into the bark of the tree as she gave them all a baleful eye.

ooc// Sure. The wilds are yours to do with as you will.
The Tiger heard the cry from afar and perked his ears, fluttering his wings as he turned his head to pinpoint the direction. He lifted from the rock he had alighted on to rest, and followed the cry to view the trees, the volcano on his left as he rounded it.
The phantom cringed away, wanting nothing to do with her temper or her sharp claws. He scarmbled down the tree a few branches, looking upwards at the terrible beauty of Tasyth.
The Lava unsheathed his claws, returning a litling cry of his own. He would chase her high, even his his feathers were shreaded.

She ruffled feathers anxiously, unsure of what to do. Should she stand her ground, or attempt to flee? Tasyth decided on the former, claws piercing further into the wood, if possible. The Tiger Queen glared at the the Trappers, perking slightly as the other, male Tiger came.

The male Tiger sang out a high soprano note, greeting the queen abuto as he hovered in the air, his scales coated with bits of soot.
The Lava tensed, dropping a few feet closer to her, eyes wide.
The Phantom retreated another few branches lower, hiding within a clump of leaves.

Tasyth now decided it might be wiser to flee. She tried to drift to the ground, but hit the Phantom on the lower branch. Screechign her frustration, she flew upwards back to /her/ perch, jsut daring the others to come for her.

The Lava made a move.He swooped beneath her as she flew upwards again, alighting on the trunk side opposite to her, his claws sinking deep into the bark. A low, purring croon began in his throat, eminating his wish to Trap her kindly in the vault of a sky.
The phantom screetched as Tasyth came down on top of him, and retreated further down the trunk, only to push away and soar into the sky, wear his pale hide hide him well.
The Tiger flew a little closer, rasing his voice into a high pitched whistle as he worried.

Kainth challenged the male tiger by singing a graceful song in soprano. Fysenth recognized the song, it was called The Lovers Song. N'tall had written it.
