With a second though, Gherlath turned about, landing hard before Cari. G'mar reached down, offereing a hand. "It gets dangerous near the ocean. I wouldn't advise walking." He said simply.

Cari nodded and took the offered hand. "Thank you." She said, relieved. She had already run, so she wasn't keen on walking just now.
Chapeth and Mournth waited to follow Gherlath, as they didn't know where they were going.

Gherlath rose to meet them, leading the way towards the coast. G'mar quickly strapped Cari in, It wasn't a long flight, but it was good to be cautious.

Tasia was burning with jealousy. XD Poor girl. o.o; Anyways, she made herself look directly ahead, instead of at G'mar and Cari. Chapeth was questioning her, worried, but the girl insisted she was okay.
Mournth waited for instructions with K'dan sitting on his back, bored.

It's there. Gherlath pointed out unnessecarily,as the ocean could easily be seen and heard craching against the magma rock. Suddenly, a bright white ball of fur was hurtling at Tasia, shriling happily.

Tasia blinked, surprised. "Wha-?" She gasped, not believing her eyes. "Is that really-?" She jumped off Chapeth, excited.
---------
Cari smiled, watching the white ball, before turning to look for one creature in particular.
---------
K'dan gaped openly at the ball. What the heck? He thought, making Mournth snort in amusement. Noka? He suggested, having heard the rumors as well.

From a small crack in the rock came the group, a good 10 strong. Aura was easily seen amongst them. She flared her wings, gliding on the thermals up to the dragons' height. She gave a melodical greeting purr, seeming more white than she had when in the Caverns as the light hit her. Hello. We've come to view the sun again. She stated and greeted, while the rest of her party filed out into daylight once more. The female noka from the caves was there, the one who had brought Cari and Aaron, now A'ron, to the Uuniks dias chamber.
Tasia! Cried the ball loudly, zooming right into Tasia's chest. I missed you!

"Aura!" Cari cried, delighted. "It is so great to see you again!" She freed herself of the straps and slid down to the ground.
---------
Tasia laughed and hugged the little ball. "I missed you, too! Hey, I want you to meet my dragon. Her name is Chapeth. Chapeth, come say hello." She said. The green extended her nose towards the noka curiously, crooning a greeting.
---------
K'dan was pretty much in shock. They WERE real! This was amazing!

Aura difted down to land as Gherlath properly did so himself. G'mar undid the straps about his legs and slid down the browns side, greeting the Uunik properly. "It's good to see you again, Uunik." He greeted, sticking to her formal title.
Hello Chapeth! Nali said, freeing herself from Tasia's arms to flutter over to the green, landing softly on her snout. Her wings were strong enough for flight now.
The female from beofre blinked up at the sun, then gazed at the dragons. She had left by the time Gherlath arrived. They were bigger than the gyls said. She purred a greeting to K'dan and Mournth. In the light, it was ivident her pelt was pure black, and the half moons beneath her eyes a lighter shade. Also among the group were two diggers, a flyer, two water dwellers, Tarnique, and another golden brown flyer who was apparently Aura's mate. Representitives from all the clans had come, with the Uuniks hatchlings, of course. They couldn't be left alone.

Cari restrained herself, giving a respectful curtsey to the Uunik. "Will you stay above ground for long?" She asked.
---------
Chapeth blinked. You are strange. She said. "Chapeth!" Tasia cried, shocked. Strange is good. The green assured her bonded.
---------
K'dan gave a shy wave. "Hello. I'm K'dan, and this is Mournth." He explained, feeling a bit foolish talking to her. Welcome to the sunlit part of the world. Mournth dipped his head in greeting.

I expect we will, if you'll have us. The Nokas miss the sun and the stars. Aura answered kindly, than added. You need not be so instense, you two. We're all friends, as I said before. Traire padded up next to her, green and blue eyes wide and happy as she saw Cari. Tarnique came up on her other side, studying the different dragons intently.
You are strange too! I've never seen anything green but a water dweller. She purred happily, not meaning anything by her words, she pushed herself away from Chapeths face, resting herself on Tasia's head instead. A feat, considering she was about the average size of a domesticated feline, perhaps larger, by now.
The female bowed low, awed by Mournth and the other dragons. I am Lecair. And thank you, dragon Mournth, rider K'dan. When nominal, her voice was cool and calm. She flicked her long tail, sitting herself down on the black rock, oblivious to the crashing waves behind her.

Cari smiled and kneeled. "Hello Traire." She said softly. Miran and Gina both crooned greetings, having been in a conversation in the air somewhere previously. Now, though, they landed on Cari's shoulders.
Tasia laughed, reaching up and gently stroking the soft head ontop of her own. Green is normal up here. Grass is green, trees are green, dragons can be green... Chapeth said, ticking the things off that were green.
"It is a pleasure, Lecair." K'dan said, humbled. Mournth agreed with a croon. "I don't mean to stare, but I have never seen your kind before. Then again, only a few have." He blinked, looking over at Tasia, Cari, and G'mar. Only A'ron was missing.

Traire padded forward proudly, placing her forepaws on Cari's knees, and looking up slightly into her face. Hello Cari. The clans have been abuz with rumors since you left. She said, purring a greeting to the firelizards.
A lot of green....but I see only black, red and blue, mostly. No green. Where is it? Nali described the lava field, looking about her for green. She purred again at Tasia's touch, loving the way her fingers carresed her head.
I have only seen a two humans, and no dragons. Pardon my stares. Lecair answered with a sliver of laughter to her words. She was much younger than her tone suggested.
"Friends...Yes." G'mar said after a moment, and a smile stretched across his face. Gherlath watched as the rest of the Uuniks party spread out, looking boredly at the black stone benath their pas. A flyer was curcling through the air, amazed by the freedom, while one of the water dwellers dove into the ocean, returning quickly to the surface, and climbing quickly back onto the rpcks to describe the water to his fellow. Auras mate watched his hatchlings silently from behind the Uunik, great emerald orbs flicking between the three.

"Have they? About humans?" Cari asked, interested.
"This is a lava field. The green is elsewhere." Tasia explained. Chapeth bobbed her head in agreement.
"Ah, then we are equally matched, I see." K'dan said, amused. He liked this noka. She was funny and nice.

Yes. The other hatchlings wouldn't leave us alone, since we'd spoken and seen you. They wanted to know everything! Traire said quickly, fanning out her wings in accentuation of the last part. They had grown, like Nalis. Both could fly like they'd wanted to for so long.
I'd like to see this 'elsewhere.' It sound bright! Nali said enthusiasticly, slipping from tasia's head as she pitched herself forward, flapping hard to right herself before laning clumsily.
So it seems. Lecair replied, a flicker of amusement in her bright eyes. A ripple of laughter echoed in the wake of her words. No wonder Nokas bonded with humans. She thought, finding K'dan quite a good example for past comparison.
