The waves crashed calmly onto the sand, each time a new wave rolled in, the ocean seemed more frustrated and wanted to touch the end of the healer's staff more than before.
Terah had her hood up, her eyes hidden, though her mouth was in full lips, the sun set glow shining on their smooth texture. It was a good day today. No problems, not a care in the world. Though you couldn't tell, since most of her face was hidden. It was far too hard to read her emotion with just her mouth. Her eyes told stories. Both good and bad.
Her staff left small holes in the sand, the wind whipping around and shifting the water or more sand into it, hiding them and her footsteps aswell.

A golden dragoness followed behind a woman draped in red with a mess of black hair behind her. "Hey! Terah!" she called recognizing a fellow healer.

Terah stopped, glancing at Wendy. "Hello," she said blankly. It took a minute to realize who she was, and the queen following was interesting. It was the second Gold to see in Abuton. She was wondering if any original colours were going to be hatched from the new queens' clutches.

"I haven't seen you for quite along time. Where are you doing your work now?" she asked. Never able to shake off her healer qualities. They were as permanently part of her as her blood that followed through her veins. The gold shook her head about when water flicked into her eyes.

"Here and there, I travel between the holds," Terah replied plainly, her hood covering her eyes. She rested both of her hand gently on her staff.

"Has the Master Healer found a remedy for that rash yet?" she felt so behind in healer duties. A stray hair fell in her face and she brushed it aside.

Terah shook her head slightly. "Not quite. We're only able to ease the itching."

"Hm. We've tried Numbweed, redwort, fellis, and all the itching salves it seems. Why should it be this is so hard to figure out? Like, we were was able to stop the Pern-wide plague those hundreds of years ago. Why should this be so hard?" it was a horrible thought. When it came to the time that a healer couldn't come back to their patient and tell them they knew how to fix the problem or they didn't know what to do, was like ripping a heart out. Not being able to help. A rash?[/color] Gemth inquired. Flaky skin. Oh, sounds bad.
